COFFEE CART CATERING IN WACO, TX

We can fit almost anywhere, but we do need at least a 6′ by 5′ space for room for the cart and baristas. Each espresso machine/bar requires one (1) dedicated 20-amp circuit.

We include oat milk, almond milk, and whole milk for all events. Decaf coffee is available as a add-on for your event.

All espresso bar menus include espresso, cortados, lattes, hot chocolate & 3 housemade syrups. Non-Coffee options such as chai, green tea and lemonades are available. All drinks come hot or iced with the choice between whole, oat, and almond milk.

We provide upgrades like drip, cold brew, matcha & decaf per request.

We serve events across Texas including the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Austin, Houston, Panhandle, far west, down to the Valley and even other States.

Mileage fee will be added on to the quote.

Anything from Custom Branded Cart, Cups, Menus as well as Latte Printers that can print any logo on lattes (Always a showstopper).

We also can do special request menu items.

YES! 50% of the event cost MUST be paid to officially have your event reserved. We do this to know that you are serious about your event so we can take the right measures to prepare for your event.

If an event is canceled within one week of the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued. This policy exists because we reserve the date exclusively for your event, often turning down other bookings, and we incur expenses in preparation for your service.
